On Board Since February 2000 OCSC: Why do you sail? CC: I like 1) the idea that you can get to almost any country in the world by sail, and 2) sailing teaches one to be self sufficient and to offer assistance to those who need it. OCSC: What do you enjoy about working at OCSC? CC: People who work here love what they do and we have the greatest 'office' in the Bay Area. OCSC: What's your sailing background? CC: I'm mostly a cruiser. I have made some bluewater passages to Hawaii and the South Pacific and spent several months in Mexico on a small boat. OCSC: When you're not sailing, what can we find you doing? CC: Playing music, flyfishing, hiking.
OCSC: What are your top five sailing books of all time? CC: The Challenge, Sensible Cruising.
