After spending 10 years in positions ranging from Programmer to Director of Product Management in the software and tech industry, JC decided that he wanted to return to his roots and pursue his passion for the world of sailing. His prior sailing experience includes years as an instructor in his home town of San Diego along with time spent sailing in places like Mexico, Central America, South America, Japan, and Malaysia. A history as both a charter skipper in the Caribbean and dingy racer on San Francisco Bay are parts of his diverse sailing background.
