On board since May 2007 OCSC: Why do you sail?
LG: I enjoy the mixture of intuition and science that is inherent when you're on the water. Also, the absolute connection with two of the greatest bodies of elements in the world, air and water. OCSC: What do you enjoy about working at OCSC?
LG: Everyone here, including staff and members, are here because they share a passion, subsequently wanting to be here. This makes for an extremly happy and friendly intelligent environment. OCSC: What's your sailing background?
LG: I have a relatively minimal background in sailing, which includes a sailing certificate for small boats in Mountain View, CA and a couple of introduction sailing lessons. OCSC: When you're not sailing, what can we find you doing? LG: Volunteering at a clinic in an underdeveloped area in San Francisco, learning about global health, preparing for medical school, photography, playing guitar or mountain biking.
