Don't have time to travel to Europe, the South Pacific, or even Mexico? Don't despair, you can still enjoy a flotilla, just a little closer to home. No plane tickets and no time off from work needed!
Cast off from OCSC's docks on a flotilla to Benicia, one of the Bay's most beloved cruising destinations. There are two ways to get involved with Benicia flotilla:
First, you can join a boat skippered by an OCSC instructor. Spend Friday night onboard the Gemini 105, 34’ Catamaran, meeting your crewmates and provisioning the boat. Then on Saturday morning, you'll meet your skipper, Capt. Alan Taylor, and cast off. Dinner will be ashore in Benicia at the yacht club or a restaurant in town. No experience is needed to join this boat. It’s perfect for new members working on their certifications who want to do some fun sailing with a professional instructor. Expect lots of experiential learning as well as a great adventure.

Or, you can charter your own boat. For OCSC members, there's no extra fee to reserve your own boat at the special
weekender rate and join the flotilla. OCSC has reserved six slips in the Benicia Marina.
