Standard Membership:
- One-time Initiation: 595!
- Monthly Dues: $59 (no minimum requirements)
Associate Membership:
(Each Standard Member can Sponsor one Associate Member. Great for couples...)
- One-time Initiation: $395
- Monthly Dues: $39 (no minimum requirements)
