Choose your leg!

1. Cabo San Lucas to Puerto Vallarta: Jan 21-27, 2008

Mexico Adventure - OCSC SailingThe 350 mile sea voyage begins with a two day passage to Isla Isabella, a marine preserve of nesting Blue footed Boobies and graceful Frigate birds. The snorkeling is spectacular off a beautiful beach that is surrounded by breaching whales. Leaving Isabella we reach to the mainland’s lush Gold Coast with more fantastic beaches, small fishing villages and great hiking opportunities in tropical jungles. Following the coast we enter Bahia Banderas, the worlds largest bay with an ideal climate and brisk afternoon winds. A short sail in the bay can bring us many great destinations before we arrive in Puerto Vallarta, a world class city.

Cost: $1475: Includes meals aboard, single berth and ship's cost. Air or Ground Transportation to embarkation and from destination is the responsibility of the client.

2. Puerto Vallarta to Manzanillo: Jan 31 - Feb 6, 2008

Mexico Adventure - OCSC SailingAfter exploring Bahia de Banderas, we will round Cabo Corrientes and set sail on a downwind along one of Mexico’s finest cruising areas. On this 300-mile sail, we will explore undeveloped bays, endless beaches and uninhabited islands. The waters here are warm, and air temperatures in the mid 80’s during the day and low 70’s at night. Combined with Mexico’s dry winter conditions, it’s the ideal sailing climate. Stops along the way may include Islas Marietas, Bahia de Chamela, Bahia de Tenacatita, Barra de Navidad and the famous Las Hadas Hotel Marina. We’ll find outstanding seafood restaurants on the beach only steps from where we land our shore boats. Small enough to explore, Manzanillo is a major port with the old world grace of Mexico. We’ll visit the town plaza, right on the bay, as evening falls and everyone comes together to stroll and socialize in the cool night air.

Cost: $1475: Includes meals aboard, single berth and ship's cost. Air or Ground Transportation to embarkation and from destination is the responsibility of the client.
